Mango Coconut Smoothie




Mango Coconut Smoothie (700ml)

Ingredients:
- 2oz Mango Syrup
- 60g Fresh Mango
- 20g Coconut Powder (1:5 hot water)
- 100g Aiyu Jelly (1:15 hot water)
- 190ml Hot Water
- 400g Ice Cubes 
- 80ml Cold Water 
- 26g Fructose

Procedure:
1. Add aiyu powder 6g, fructose 6g and hot water 90g in container. Stir until dissolved, then cooling with ice water. Keep in cold storage in refrigerate for 2 hours to be ready to serve.
2. Add 2oz of mango syrup, 20g fructose, 400g of ice cubes and 80ml of cold water into blender, blend together till smooth
3. Stir 20g coconut powder and 100ml hot water to coconut milk
4. Scoop 100g of aiyu jelly into serving cup and pour the coconut milk, then pour the smoothie
5. Top with 60g fresh mango and it’s ready to enjoy the drink!
